These are great. On non conditioning days, I have been using these to training for the last month.
What is the benefit of wearing these sandals compared to normal sandals. I’m not a shoe fan.
Most sandals have lots of cushioning and some have a heel-toe drop which takes a lot of the load away from your foot. Learning to use the muscles in your foot to support your body and strengthen your arch is extremely beneficial! Our feet are our foundation and if they are weak, it can give your knees, hips, etc issues. Strong foundation = strong body! 🙂
