Shoulder pain is one of the most common injuries. First, you’ll feel an ache or pain, and push through it. Eventually, this pain limits you from from achieving your physical goals.
However, our society has probably convinced you that you just need a quick fix. All the while, unknowingly you continue to do the very things that injured you to begin with.
Shoulder pain comes from the same underlying cause appears as different symptoms such as:
- Shoulder impingement
- Thoracic outlet syndrome
- Rotator cuff tendonitis
- AC joint pain
- many more…
We know of only one process that works, and it is the process of self discovery. This is your body, and nobody has the capability to understand its function the way you do!
