  1. Love this podcast. At first I didn’t think it applied to me. But it does, especially since I’m working on the scapular stability exercise. Plus when I was flying today, I kept needing to bring my head back and flatten my back. I do the same thing when I’m driving. Now your voices are in my head. LOL It’s helping me have better posture.
