Do you want to know which exercises are helping your back, and which ones are making you worse? We get hundreds of messages like this per month…

  • Is crossfit bad for my back?
  • Are deadlifts bad for my back?
  • Will an inversion table help me?
  • What exercises should I be doing to improve flexibility in my back?

In this podcast we’ll separate exercises and sports into the categories of…

  1. Green light
  2. Yellow light
  3. Red light
  4. Evil

At the end of this podcast you will have a better understanding of what you should be doing to get out of pain, and back to living your best life.

  1. I loved this podcast & I do follow you on all of the social media sites. I want to do your program to help alleviate my chronic neck pain, but some people can’t afford it. For example, I am a nursing student, I don’t have the money even though there is a payment plan… 100 a month is a lot.

  2. Totally loved it — until I relaized that it was on the UE boom 360 degree speaker system — as my 7 year old came downstairs and told me to put $5 or maybe it was $10 in the swear jar after he heard the f-bomb dropped like 10 times!! I now listen to you on headphones!! Thanks!!!

    1. Ohhhhh Kathryn! Haha! Sounds like we need to add a short ‘warning’ note to our episodes 😉

      Glad you enjoyed it!

  3. Hi Mike, thank you so much for your dedication on it, so pro you and your team, just one sugestión cos I am from Madrid (Spain) English language it is a handicap but your lessons let me improve it at the same time, get to the point, it would be great to have your podcast subtitles, I mean like YouTube does for no English speakers automatically so for us YouTube is our best option application. Thank you again and keep doing as well as you do, mate! Best regards Jv.

    1. Hi Juan,
