  1. Very inspiring. I know that your program is tailored to meet all aliments but specifically I just had an MRI and it showed a posterior labral tear. Couple questions. Avoid surgery and follow your program? Will my body heal itself? It blows been working out with it for over a year now. Becoming a pain in the ass.

  2. As a final year chiro student with what seems like a very similar mindset on how to treat and help people, would you recommend the TPI , SFMA, or any other movement assessment programs you have done ? I’ve Done rock tape, Art, Graston. Which ones were most beneficial to you ?

    1. Hey man! We no longer have a practice and use none of those certs any longer! Mike did TPI and SFMA though. I have done movement work with Onnit Academy which is brilliant and am looking into FRT for functional range strengthening.

We empower people to take control of their own bodies so that they do not necessarily need to seek outside help (manual work from others).

  3. Can a mover get some gear?? You guys are awesome and have changed my philosophy of training and mindset of overall life itself. Thank you guys!

    1. Like shirts? We are launching a merchandise store in the next 2 weeks actually!

  4. Andrew, this is off-topic, but I was wondering if you’d be able to provide a brief nutrition guide or give us a quick insight into your meal planning.

Love the MoveU Team. Thanks for the videos guys!

    1. Hey Jamie!

As I am not a master of nutrition and still eat In N Out on a weekly basis, I will instead refer you to

The Whole 30 is a great way to find out what foods are inflammatory for your body. For me, corn, dairy, and added sugars are not my friend. Inflammatory foods can increase pain!

The Whole Life Challenge is an awesome way to incorporate a healthy diet into your daily regimen WITH FRIENDS. Many people in the program have done with other members on a “team” and it works well with MoveU.

The RP has also done wonders for people. It helps you find the correct measurements and correct foods to eat for you, your goals, and your lifestyle. It is a simple spreadsheet to follow.

Let me know what you think!

  5. The mindset that both of you guys have is very special, not many people have it. I feel you the same way you guys feel. Being able to grow a foundation that slowly grows to where people know you and actually be able help people all around the world. People have a purpose and I want to conduct an environment that you display in the videos and business. I am going to school and I want to build a gym where I have some of my friends bought into the business I just need to know what major I need to do to be able to start my foundation. Is it kinesiology, or is Muscular science? I want to grow the business where it has meaning and helps everyone with moving their body and not injure themselves to stay better in the gym and for their families. Can I get more information on the program I need to study in order to start this journey I have done my research but need a clear answer. I would like to get in contact with you guys and talk more in depth about this. Thank Edgar Estrada

    1. Yo Edgar!

I have a degree in Kinesiology and a shit ton of experience working with people! I was lucky enough to meet a chiropractor (Mike) that was willing to teach me everything he knows while I practiced with patients. I worked with injured people for years before developing our online program. We realized that ever single person can benefit from the same movements regardless of whether they were an olympic athlete, grandmother, or a teenager.

I highly recommend that you take part in our program. We trust the people in our program (who don’t have any kinesiology/biomechanics/anatomy/physical therapy background) more than I would trust a doctor, PT, or Chiro with an injured or non-injured person! These people have learned how to master their own body and mind and are in turn teaching others. Our program will truly guide you in the direction you are looking to go. You will ALWAYS continue to learn more in your life through books, school, lectures, podcasts, or whatever you can get your hands on. Everyone will find their own path! There isn’t one single route I could give you to achieve your goals… we can get you started!

Mindset is actually the most important thing when it comes to someone in pain. Improving your mindset takes just as much time (if not more) than working on your body. That mindset development occurs in our group setting inside the Private Facebook Group and within modules of the program.

Let me know if you have any questions!

  6. Every podcast from MoveU is a game changer. It that can change your life with inspiration delivered with honesty and straight forward education, with laughs, joy, and love mixed in. I just love you guys! Your stories should be made into a movie……..and I’m not kidding.

  7. I am cruising the coast of Maine listening to your podcast. I know…..but Your journey to find purpose is one for all to hear. It is organic and real. So many self help books and so many fitness ideas online, yet you two present a concise solution to enable people to heal. And it is free. U have helped my shoulder teaching me to roll it back. U have almost healed my sore right hip with that amazing leaning into it holding overhead exercise. At 62 I have a new pain showing up too often, but with your suggestions I am sure to find some relief. Keep it up and come visit Atlanta. (Ok, or Maine!).
