Being pain-free is not really a goal. Instead, ask yourself, “What will become possible in my life when I no longer struggle with pain every day?” Discover your WHY, connect it to your body, and use that as your motivation. This will navigate you in the right direction and serve as a reminder of what to focus on. Maybe you want to skydive, summit a mountain, or simply pick up and play with your kids again- whatever you want to experience in life is possible but it’s up to YOU to fix your own sh!t and take ACTION. Remember- 99% of the progress of your body is based on what you do now.
