Our refund policy is simple; if you put in effort into the program for AT LEAST 30 days and don’t see improvement, we’ll refund your investment in full.
This does NOT mean a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee. An honest effort is required on the part of the subscriber to qualify for a full refund.
The eligible refund window opens on Day 31 and closes on Day 60 after your purchase. Users requesting refunds during the eligible refund window who have qualified under the Action Taker’s Guarantee will be issued a full refund.
Refund requests made beyond Day 60 after the initial purchase will not be deemed valid. Refunds that are issued during the eligible refund window to people who have NOT qualified under the Action Taker’s Guarantee will be issued a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.

AUTO-RENEWAL REFUND POLICY
The Semi-Yearly and Yearly options are subscriptions that will automatically renew at the end of their respective subscription periods. You must cancel your account 24 hours in advance to not renew for the next period.
Cancelling your account can be done through your account on the website at any time. You will be sent email reminders leading up to your renewal date with reminders that your account is about to renew and to cancel your account if you do not wish to continue on.
Refunds issued to a subscriber for failure to cancel their subscription will be issued less a $50 administrative fee.

All of our merchandise is print on demand. Therefore, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds because of an incorrect purchase.

Upgrades made during the first 30 days will result in 100% of your last purchase being applied towards the lifetime value and the user being charged the difference. The cost to upgrade will be:
Semi-Yearly —> $400
Yearly —> $300
Upgrades made after 30 days from the original purchase will receive 25% off the Unlimited Membership.
Semi-Yearly and Yearly —> $524.75
Upgrades cannot be combined with other promotional offers made throughout the year. Upgrades are not eligible under the refund policy.
