Our policy is simple; give the program 30 days and if it doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund your investment in full.
“I’ll be back!”: We also understand you may need to “suspend” your account. While we don’t have a suspension option, you may request a refund and later rejoin the program. We reserve the right to only offer this one time. If you need to request a refund after returning to the program, we may not honor it outside the standard policy. We reserve the right to not honor your request for a refund if you request a refund multiple times.
Please be aware that the Semi-Yearly and Yearly options are subscriptions that will automatically renew either 6 months or 1 year after your initial purchase. You must cancel 24 hours in advance in order to not renew your account for another year.
