      1. What is lordosis and how does it affect my posture?

      Lordosis is an excessive inward curve of the lower spine (lumbar region) that can cause discomfort, pain, and poor posture. It often results from muscle imbalances, weak core strength, or prolonged poor posture habits.

      2. Who is this Low Back Hyperextension Program for?

      This program is designed for individuals experiencing symptoms of lordosis, such as lower back pain, muscle tightness, or poor posture. It’s suitable for beginners and those looking to improve spinal alignment safely.

      3. How long does it take to see results from the program?

      Most participants start noticing improved posture, reduced discomfort, and better mobility within 4 to 6 weeks with consistent practice. Long-term commitment helps achieve lasting changes.

      4. Do I Need a Doctor’s Note Before Starting This Program?

      Nope—you don’t need a doctor’s note to begin. This program was built with safety as the top priority. Dr. Mike, a Doctor of Chiropractic with a solid background in sports rehab and biomechanics, designed it to be safe for daily use at home, in the gym, or wherever you choose to move. 

      That said, if you’d feel more comfortable getting your doctor’s okay, you’re welcome to—but it’s not required.

      5. How is MoveU different than seeing a physical therapist or chiropractor?

      MoveU focuses on empowering you to take control of your spinal health through simple, targeted exercises and education you can do on your own schedule. While PTs and chiropractors provide valuable hands-on care, MoveU gives you lifelong tools and techniques to rebuild and maintain a healthy spine long after your visits end — all without surgery or injections. It’s a proactive, sustainable approach to lasting relief and improved mobility.

      6. The Medical Route – Where You’re Headed Without Fixing How You Move

      You could take the medical route and try to fix your back pain there. The issue with the medical system is that it does not address your movement patterns. While you might reduce your pain, you won’t get a long-term fix or solution and will need to continue to go back for more pain management support. Here’s what the medical system offers you:

      • Painkillers. This provides temporary relief, but your joints are still grinding.
      • Nerve burning (RFA). This kills pain signals but doesn’t fix the compression you experience.
