How to Sleep in a More Aligned Position
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆: 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 💯 When you’re starting to fall asleep, place a cushion under your knees. This will help reduce the spinal extension you may be sleeping with in that position. Then, use a thin pillow for your head. Sorry to those of you who like to crank their necks with a massive, oversized cushion that is destroying your neck, but a thin pillow keeps your head in a more neutral alignment. Then, if you want to get “extra fancy”, glue yourself down by placing two pillows on either side for full arm support 😉
