Return & Refund Policy

Please contact us at moveu@uscreen.support first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right for our beloved customers! 

By placing your order, you agree to our terms of service and are aware of our shippingreturn & refund policy.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy! Contact us at info@moveu.com within 14 days of receiving your order to submit a return request for any merch.

Refunds 

Due to our free trial, we are not offering refunds for first time subscription purchases unless there are extenuating circumstances to be evaluated on a case by case basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their respective subscription periods. You must cancel your account 24 hours in advance to prevent it from renewing automatically.

If you fail to cancel your annual subscription before renewal, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date. A $50 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Monthly renewals will not be refunded for any reason, but you can cancel any time.

We can not issue refunds for merch if the product is:

  • in production
  • being prepared for shipment
  • or has been shipped

However, if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order, we can cancel your order and issue a refund.

Please ensure that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will also be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details. Orders that have failed delivery due to shipping address issues outside of our control are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.

Return for Refund/Exchange

If you would like to return your product for a refund or exchange, you must contact us (info@moveu.com) first so we can provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please provide the following details when submitting a return request:

  1. Full name and order number (#0000)
  2. Indicate whether you want to make a return for a refund or exchange.
  3. Describe the issue with the product(s).
  4. If an exchange is needed then provide the exchange details (new size/color/item).

Return packages must include a note with the customer's full name, order number, and exchange details (if applicable). Once your return is received and accepted, the refund/exchange order will be processed.

*** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Please note that returned products must be unwashed/undamaged and have any, and all, tags still attached.

If you are returning an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item but we will honor the return package's tracking number if it shows it has been delivered.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
