Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at info@moveu.com so we can make it right. By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our Shipping, Return & Refund Policy.


Subscriptions

Cancellation

  • MoveU subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly).

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your account settings.

  • Once cancelled, you’ll keep access until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds

  • All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase or renewal.

  • Refunds for subscriptions are only available if the subscription has not been used in the current billing cycle. A subscription is considered used if:

    • More than 15 minutes of video content has been played, or

    • Member benefits (community or coach support) have been accessed.

  • Refund fees: $5 for monthly plans, $20 for annual plans (to cover transaction costs).


Merchandise

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, email info@moveu.com with:

  • Full name and order number (#0000)

  • Refund or exchange request

  • Description of the issue

  • Exchange details (size/color/item), if applicable

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be refunded once in production, prepared for shipment, or shipped.

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a refund.

Shipping Address

  • Verify your address before ordering.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after purchase.

  • Orders undeliverable due to address errors are not eligible for free reshipment or refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unwashed, undamaged, and have all tags attached.

  • Include a note with your full name, order number, and exchange details (if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Recommendations

  • For items over $75, use a trackable service or purchase insurance.

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, but will honor delivery shown by tracking.

Processing
Once your return is received and accepted, your refund or exchange will be processed.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times vary).

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays may occur).

  4. If you still haven’t received it, email us at info@moveu.com.
