      Choose a Starting Point

      Choose the body region where you feel it most. Many members begin with Back & Core, but you can start anywhere.

      Build From Level 1

      Each program is structured in progressive levels. Level 1 helps you establish proper alignment and movement quality before moving forward.

      Add Targeted Support As Needed

      If you’re dealing with a specific issue, you can layer in a Specialized Program while continuing your base work.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Can I Keep My Current Workouts?

    Ideally, pause your other workouts to focus on proper body mechanics.
    If you can continue without pain, you can apply what you’re learning to your other activities.

    If your current workouts are causing pain, that’s a red flag — you may be reinforcing poor movement patterns.

    2. What Equipment Do I Need?

    A large majority of the exercises in the MoveU Programs can be performed with minimal equipment and without needing access to a gym. For the most part just some resistance bands will do!

    3. Can I Do Two Programs at Once?

    Yes — if you have time and energy. Some programs (like Hips & Glutes and Back & Core) are big and take more effort so you may want to focus on one at a time and pair with a smaller program like Knee, Ankle & Foot or Head & Neck.

    Or do Back & Core one day, Hips & Glutes another and alternate from there.

    Limit work on any one area to no more than an hour per day to allow recovery.

    4. What If A Movement Hurts?

    Most exercises are safe, but pain is a signal to adjust.

    Try reducing your range of motion. Post your video for coach review — they’ll check your form and offer modifications.

    Pain isn’t something to fear — but it is something to pay attention to.
