Yes — if you have time and energy. Some programs (like Hips & Glutes and Back & Core) are big and take more effort so you may want to focus on one at a time and pair with a smaller program like Knee, Ankle & Foot or Head & Neck.
Or do Back & Core one day, Hips & Glutes another and alternate from there.
Limit work on any one area to no more than an hour per day to allow recovery.
