The Pelvic Floor, Hip, and Low Back and Core programs are our mini programs
They are designed to be fast paced and self-lead with little to no coaching.
These programs are great for those of you looking to explore your body’s full range of motion and gain more physical self-awareness. These programs have follow-up workouts you can access via the MoveU fitness tab.
The Pelvic Floor Program is a great place to start if you are experiencing any issues with your pelvic floor, have just given birth, have urinary incontinence, or want to strengthen your connection with this area of your body.
The Total Body Program is our flagship program. If you have any specific pain or injuries, we recommend that you start with this program. This program is much more comprehensive and takes longer to complete as it helps you build a strong foundation of understanding and body awareness as you participate. The program helps you develop strength and overall alignment.
You get to choose which program to start with and how to navigate the membership. You can start with one program at a time or work them side by side as they are all very complimentary to each other. Happy Muving.
