    Understanding the Pelvic Floor

    The pelvic floor is a hammock-like group of muscles that spans from the tailbone to the pubic bone and from one sitting bone to the other. It supports the bladder, rectum, and reproductive organs, while playing a critical role in continence, pressure control, and core stability.

    When the pelvic floor cannot properly relax or contract, often due to childbirth, surgery, trauma, or poor movement strategies, symptoms such as pain, leakage, or constipation may appear. This program helps retrain both strength and coordination so the system functions as intended.

      Pelvic floor dysfunction occurs when the pelvic floor muscles can’t properly relax or contract, affecting bathroom function, pressure control, and movement.

      2. Is this program only for women?

      No. Pelvic floor issues affect both men and women, and the program is designed for all bodies.

      3. Do I need special equipment?

      No equipment is required. All sessions are bodyweight and guided.

      4. How long does it take to see results?

      Many members notice improvements in awareness and control within weeks, with continued gains through consistent practice.

      5. How is MoveU different than seeing a physical therapist or chiropractor?

      MoveU focuses on empowering you to take control of your spinal health through simple, targeted exercises and education you can do on your own schedule. While PTs and chiropractors provide valuable hands-on care, MoveU gives you lifelong tools and techniques to rebuild and maintain a healthy spine long after your visits end — all without surgery or injections.       6. The Medical Route – Where You’re Headed Without Fixing How You Move

      You could take the medical route and try to fix your back pain there. The issue with the medical system is that it does not address your movement patterns. While you might reduce your pain, you won’t get a long-term fix or solution and will need to continue to go back for more pain management support. Here’s what the medical system offers you:

      • Painkillers. This provides temporary relief, but your joints are still grinding.
      • Nerve burning (RFA). This kills pain signals but doesn’t fix the compression you experience.
      • Surgery. Screws and plates stabilize, but they don’t fix movement patterns.
