The Follow-Up Appointment with Dr. Mike Wasilisin is designed to build on the progress made during your initial session. This 30–45 minute appointment is available either in person at the Poway, CA facility or virtually via Zoom.
During this session, Dr. Mike will review your progress, address any questions or challenges, and refine your movement strategy as needed. He will reassess your movement patterns, adjust exercises, and provide continued guidance to help you move more efficiently and confidently.
Follow-up appointments focus on reinforcing the principles of the MoveU Method, ensuring proper execution, and supporting long-term improvement. Whether in person or virtual, these sessions provide ongoing accountability, education, and personalized direction as you continue working toward better movement and a pain-free life.
