1. Why not just use free content?

There’s a difference between watching random videos and following a structured system.

Free content can help you learn pieces of the puzzle. MoveU is designed to help you connect those pieces, apply them consistently, and understand how your body actually moves over time.

Instead of guessing what to do next every time pain flares up, you’ll have a progression to follow, coaching to learn from, and tools you can keep using long-term.

Most people start with breathing, posture, balance, and movement control drills before progressing into more challenging exercises over time.

You do not need to be athletic, flexible, or pain-free to begin. The programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you build more awareness, control, and confidence in the way you move.

5. What if I’ve already tried PT/chiro/etc?

Most members have.

MoveU is not about replacing healthcare. It’s about helping you better understand and improve the way you move, long-term.

Many people realize they’ve spent years treating symptoms like a band-aid, without ever learning the daily movement habits and compensations contributing to the cycle.

6. What happens after 30 days?

Most people use the first 30 days to build consistency and start learning the foundational movement principles inside MoveU.

In general, we encourage members to give themselves at least 90 days before deciding where they want to go from there.

Why? Because lasting movement change takes repetition and practice over time.

Our general rule:

  • 30 days to start building new habits
  • 60 days to start feeling meaningful improvements
  • 90 days to start seeing bigger changes in how you move and feel

That’s also consistent with what many members report in our surveys and success stories.

We recommend committing to Level 1 for at least 90 days, then continuing into Levels 2 and 3 as your strength, control, and confidence improve.
